Return Policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, just go to our contact page and tell us the exact issue so we can start the return/refund process. Add the heading RETURN and your order details. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided on our response email.

You will be charged £2.50 as a restocking fee and this will be deducted from your refund total. We will refund you by the same method you used to pay, within 14 days of your return.

If your return is accepted you will need to pay for postage to return the product(s) to us.

If no payment has been made for postage and we receive the product(s) from the courier requesting us to make payment we will deduct this amount off your refund.

Free Shipping 

From time to time we may offer free shipping. If a product is returned where free shipping was selected when placing your order, dependent on the value of your return the free shipping offer will be void and our shipping fee will be deducted from any refund issued. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 14 days from receiving your item for us to rectify any issues, after this period we will take no further action, please adhere to our timescale.

Exceptions / non-returnable items.

Certain types of items cannot be returned,  such as any products which are stained with make up or have an odour. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items’ or gift cards, gift cards are valid for 1 year.

We do not exchange or refund any items brought at an event we have attended. i.e islamic events, festivals or stalls.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Our Products

From time to time an Abaya, hijab or co-ord set may have very slight variations in patterns/colours due to availability of materials at the time. All garments are hand produced and therefore all measurements are approximations. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

International Shipping Rates

We are committed to keeping shipping rates as affordable as possible. However, to provide a more reliable and consistent service, we have chosen to partner with a single courier that offers premium, worldwide delivery. 

Any delivery disputes must be reported to our customer care team within 3 days of delivery. Quasar London cannot take responsibility for, nor replace, missing packages that are not flagged within this time frame. This policy is in place for insurance purposes and cannot be waived.

Return to Sender: If you choose to return your item due to unpaid duties and taxes or any other reason, we will issue a refund for the item itself, minus any charges incurred by the courier for returning the goods. Please note, the initial shipping fee is non-refundable.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note: Quasar London is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. You will be refunded for the items returned, not the shipping costs or any customs/duty fees you might have incurred upon receiving your order.
